Which size should I choose for craft beer?
Take the 53 cl glass. Craft beer usually holds more carbonation and therefore foams up faster, so you need more room above the beer. In the smaller glass you run the risk of the head going over the rim.
Why does my head of foam disappear so quickly?
Almost always because of grease in the glass. Rinse aid, hand cream or a tea towel that has been near greasy plates leaves a film that breaks the foam down within half a minute. So wash beer glasses separately and without rinse aid.
Are Beer Club glasses dishwasher safe?
Yes, the glasses are tempered and dishwasher safe. Skip the rinse aid and place the glasses loosely in the basket. Letting them dry upside down on a clean board gives a better result than drying them with a cloth.
At what temperature should I serve beer?
Lager is at its best at around six degrees. Craft beer is served warmer, around ten degrees, because at low temperatures the aromas barely come through. So take heavier beers out of the fridge a quarter of an hour before pouring.
