Can you drink both red and white from one wine glass?
Yes, that is what the InAlto Uno was designed for. The bowl is wide enough to give red wine air and the opening tapers enough to hold the aroma of white wine. For everyday use that is more than sufficient.
Which size should you choose if you only take one?
The 47 cl. It takes a normal pour of about 12 cl with enough room above to swirl, and the glass does not look excessively large on a laid table. The bigger sizes are really for full-bodied red wine.
What does a drawn stem mean?
Stem and bowl are formed from the same piece of glass rather than joined together. So there is no seam between the two parts, and that seam is exactly where breakage starts on cheaper glassware.
How far do you fill a wine glass?
To about a third of the bowl. It feels like little, but the empty space above serves a purpose: that is where the aroma gathers. Pouring fuller makes swirling impossible and lets the wine warm up faster.
