The vanilla vodka behind the Pornstar Martini
Zubrowka Vanilla combines intense Madagascan vanilla with the smoothness of pure Zubrowka. While Bison Grass is all about grass and herbs, this is a warm, rounded vodka with one clear star: the vanilla. At 35% ABV, it sits between Bison Grass and Rosé.
The maker suggests two ways to drink it: neat or in cocktails, especially the Pornstar Martini. That recipe calls for vanilla vodka, and with Vanilla you no longer need to use separate vanilla syrup or work out the quantities. It also works well with coffee: in an Espresso Martini or White Russian, the vanilla makes everything rounder.

Pornstar Martini
Shake 50 ml Zubrowka Vanilla, 30 ml passion fruit purée, 15 ml lime juice and 10 ml sugar syrup vigorously with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with half a passion fruit and serve with a shot of prosecco on the side.
