Laphroaig 10 Sherry Oak
The familiar 10 Years, but finished in European oak oloroso sherry casks. Dried fruit, toffee and Manuka honey alongside peat and seaweed: a smoky whisky for after dinner.

Islay smoke meets oloroso
Laphroaig 10 Sherry Oak combines the flavour of ten-year-old Laphroaig with a finish in European oak oloroso sherry casks. Whereas the regular 10 Years uses only American oak bourbon casks, this version receives the full, dark influence of sherry. The combination creates a rich, full-bodied flavour with dried fruit and toffee, along with notes of Manuka honey, bacon and maple syrup, without losing the classic Islay character.
It is also bottled at a higher strength: 48% compared with 40% for the standard 10 Years. This gives it more texture and keeps the sweet sherry notes and peat better integrated. For those familiar with the 10 Years who are looking for a richer, sweeter version, this is the logical next bottle.
