Refund to your account
If you choose a refund to your account, the return costs are equal to the shipping costs for your country: €6.95 in the Netherlands, €8.95 in Belgium and Germany, and €9.99 in Spain, France and Luxembourg.

We pack our glasses with the utmost care. Every order is securely packaged with extra protective material so that it arrives safely.
We also place clear warning stickers on the shipping box so the delivery service knows that the box contains fragile glasses and handles it with care.
If a glass still arrives damaged, report it in your account within three business days with a photo. You will receive a replacement glass or store credit, and you do not need to return the broken glass.

Pasabahce begon in 1935 in Beykoz, aan de Bosporus bij Istanbul, en groeide uit tot een van de grootste glasproducenten ter wereld. Het bedrijf hoort bij de Turkse glasgroep Şişecam en maakt vooral alledaags glaswerk: helder glas, rustige vormen en een assortiment dat een tafel van water en wijn tot koffie en thee kan dekken.

If you order on a business day by 14:59 at the latest, your package will be shipped the same day. Orders received over the weekend or on a public holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
