The Bar Professional Speakeasy Bar Spoon Trident measures 40 centimetres and is made of solid stainless steel. The twisted handle ends in a three-pronged fork, which you can use to fish an olive or cherry out of the jar and place it straight into the glass. A good choice for anyone working with tall mixing glasses and carafes.
What you use the extra length for
Forty centimetres gives you room to stir in glassware where a standard 30 cm spoon falls short: tall mixing glasses, pitchers and batch carafes. Hold the handle loosely between your thumb and middle finger and let it rotate through your fingers, so the spoon runs along the inside wall and the ice does not slosh around. This reduces dilution and keeps the cocktail clear. The trident at the end is more than decoration: use it to spear garnishes without reaching for a second pair of tongs. Shorter sizes are available with the bar spoons.
Material and care
The steel is untreated and uncoated, so the spoon can simply go in the dishwasher and will not discolour when used with citrus or bitters. The twisted handle can collect sugar residue, so rinse it briefly before putting it away. Store the spoon upright or in a bartender roll, so the trident does not bend under other tools. If you are putting together a complete stirring setup, pair it with a mixing glass and a julep strainer.

We pack our glasses with the utmost care. Every order is securely packaged with extra protective material so that it arrives safely.
We also place clear warning stickers on the shipping box so the delivery service knows that the box contains fragile glasses and handles it with care.
If a glass still arrives damaged, report it in your account within three business days with a photo. You will receive a replacement glass or store credit, and you do not need to return the broken glass.
