The lead-free Tritan crystal with nucleation point is scratch-resistant, impact-resistant, and dishwasher-safe, and stays clear after countless cycles. We pack our glasses with the utmost care. Every order is securely packaged with extra protective material so that it arrives safely.
We also place clear warning stickers on the shipping box so the delivery service knows that the box contains fragile glasses and handles it with care.
If a glass still arrives damaged, report it in your account within three business days with a photo. You will receive a replacement glass or store credit, and you do not need to return the broken glass.

Schott Zwiesel viene de Zwiesel, una pequeña ciudad del Bosque Bávaro en Alemania donde se sopla vidrio desde el siglo XIX.
