Licor 43 Chocolate
Inspired by the Spanish chocolate tradition: the vanilla and citrus of Licor 43 Original with sustainably produced cacao and cream. A creamy limited edition to drink neat or use to make a chocolate cocktail.

Chocolate the Spanish way
Licor 43 drew inspiration for this bottle from the Spanish chocolate tradition. Licor 43 Chocolate combines the familiar flavor of Licor 43 Original with cacao from 100% sustainable cultivation and cream. It is a limited edition, so it is not always available.
At 16% alcohol, it is considerably lighter than the 31% Original and, like Horchata, Crème Brûlée and Speculoos, is one of the creamy variants. The vanilla and citrus of the Original are still present, but chocolate takes center stage. That makes it a liqueur for after dinner: neat and chilled in a small glass, or in a cocktail that calls for crème de cacao.
In brief
Chocolate up front, vanilla behind
Cacao
Chocolate and cacao up front, with the warm vanilla of Licor 43 in the background.
Sweet and full
Sweet and full, like a liquid chocolate dessert, with a hint of citrus that keeps it light.
Chocolate and vanilla
A smooth finish in which chocolate and vanilla linger together.
Flavor profile of chilled Licor 43 Chocolate. With ice, it becomes less sweet and the cacao comes through more sharply.
Three ways to serve Licor 43 Chocolate
Chocolate is a dessert in itself. Serve it chilled, over ice or warm in hot chocolate.
As a dessert shot
30 ml chilled Licor 43 Chocolate in a shot glass, optionally topped with a dollop of whipped cream and some grated dark chocolate. Dessert is served.
Glass: shot glass →Over ice
50 ml over two large ice cubes in a tumbler. The meltwater makes it lighter and brings the cacao into sharper focus.
Tumblers →In hot chocolate
30 ml Licor 43 Chocolate in 150 ml hot chocolate, in a mug or an Irish coffee glass. Chocolate on chocolate, with a hint of vanilla.
