Martini Vibrante alcohol-free
Martini's aperitif moment, without the alcohol. A fruity, balanced aperitivo made with dealcoholized wine, with notes of Italian bergamot orange. With grapefruit and sparkling water, it makes a full-fledged spritz.

An alcohol-free aperitivo made with wine
Martini Vibrante is a premium alcohol-free aperitivo from Martini & Rossi, made for moments when you do not want alcohol but still want something refined in your glass. Its base is 80% dealcoholized wine: wine from which the alcohol has been removed. Sugar, natural flavors and citrus are added, with Italian bergamot orange taking center stage.
Martini Vibrante is alcohol-free, and therefore not vermouth: it lacks the alcohol required for that. It is an alcohol-free alternative with the flavor of red vermouth and bergamot, taking on the role of a red vermouth: fruity and balanced, with a light bitterness. With tonic or in a spritz, it makes a full-fledged mocktail.
In brief
Bergamot, citrus and gentle sweetness
Bergamot
Fresh and aromatic, with Italian bergamot orange taking center stage, surrounded by other citrus notes.
Fruity and balanced
Fruity and lightly sweet, with wine as its base. Without alcohol, it has a lighter body than a true vermouth.
Short and fresh
A short, fresh finish with a gentle bitterness from the citrus peel. Grapefruit brings out that bitterness more.
Flavor profile of Martini Vibrante as a spritz with grapefruit and sparkling water. It is sweeter when served neat.
How to make an alcohol-free aperitif
Vibrante is made to be diluted. Chill the bottle, use plenty of ice and pair it with something fresh and bitter.
Vibrante spritz
Fill a highball with ice, pour in 75 ml Martini Vibrante and 50 ml grapefruit juice, top up with sparkling water, stir gently and garnish with a grapefruit wedge. Martini's own serve.
Highball glasses →Vibrante tonic
75 ml Vibrante with 75 ml tonic in a large wine glass full of ice, with a slice of orange. The same 50/50 as with Martini tonic, but alcohol-free.
Wine glasses →Over ice
60 ml Vibrante over a few large ice cubes in a tumbler, with a strip of orange peel. A small aperitif to enjoy with olives.
Tumblers →Mocktails with Martini Vibrante
No alcoholic cocktails here. Vibrante works best in fresh, light drinks without alcohol, where it provides the bittersweet core.

Non-alcoholic spritz
Bubbles without alcohol, citrus and ice. Vibrante gives it the colour and flavour of a real Italian spritz.
Mocktails
All alcohol-free cocktails in one overview. Vibrante is a handy base for the bitter side.
Shirley Temple
Ginger ale, grenadine and a cherry. A splash of Vibrante makes it less candy-sweet and more grown-up.
Virgin Mojito
Mint, lime, sugar and sparkling water. Fresh and light, for those who prefer something sour rather than bitter.More Martini flavours
