Jim Beam Honey
Jim Beam bourbon blended with smooth honey liqueur. Sweet, warm and full-bodied, with honey and vanilla over caramel and oak. Ideal with ginger ale, alongside dessert or with a cup of coffee.

Bourbon and honey in one bottle
Jim Beam Honey is a blend of natural, smooth honey liqueur and Jim Beam's Kentucky straight bourbon. The liqueur brings honey and vanilla, while the bourbon provides caramel and oak. Together, they create a full-bodied, sweet drink with an oily, rounded body.
Because of the liqueur, the percentage is lower than that of regular bourbon: 32.5% instead of 40%. This makes it smoother and more approachable, but also noticeably sweeter. Don't see it as a replacement for White Label in an Old Fashioned, but as a drink in its own right: ice-cold, with ginger ale or as a digestif with coffee.
In brief
Full-bodied, rounded and warm
Honey and vanilla
Warm honey and sweet vanilla, with the bourbon's caramel in the background.
Full and oily
Full-bodied and sweet, with a rounded, oily body. Honey upfront, followed by caramel and a hint of oak.
Smooth and sweet
A smooth, sweet finish without an alcoholic burn. The honey lingers for a while.
Jim Beam Honey's flavor profile when served neat. With ginger ale, it is fresher and less sweet.
How to serve Jim Beam Honey
Honey is sweet enough to drink neat and smooth enough to mix. These three serves always work.
Honey & ginger ale
Fill a highball glass with ice, pour in 40 ml of Jim Beam Honey and top up with 120 ml of ginger ale. The ginger cuts through the sweetness, while the honey softens the ginger.
Highball glasses →With ice, alongside dessert
Pour 40 ml over a few ice cubes in a tumbler. Delicious with apple pie, pecan pie or a piece of cheese, as a sweet ending to dinner.
Tumblers →Ice-cold as a shot
Put the bottle in the freezer for a few hours and pour 20 ml into a shot glass. The cold makes the honey more intense and less sweet.
Shot glasses →Cocktails that call for honey
Whenever a recipe calls for bourbon and honey, Jim Beam Honey does the job. Just use less syrup.

Hot Toddy
Whiskey, hot water, honey and lemon. With Honey, you barely need to add any extra honey.
Penicillin
Whiskey, lemon, honey and ginger. Smoother and rounder with Honey.
Honey Whiskey Sour
Bourbon, lemon and egg white, with less sugar. The honey nicely balances the sour notes.
