Jack Daniel's Tennessee Fire
Jack Daniel's with a fiery cinnamon liqueur. The familiar smooth flavor, followed by a warm, spicy finish: ice-cold as a shot, with cola, or in coffee.

Smooth Jack with a spicy finish
Tennessee Fire is genuine Jack Daniel's Whiskey infused with cinnamon liqueur. First you taste the familiar, smooth Jack; then the cinnamon arrives as a warm, spicy finish. The base is made like every Jack Daniel's, using sour mash and filtering through three meters of maple wood charcoal.
At 35%, it is lighter and sweeter than Old No. 7, but not as smooth as Tennessee Honey. It is the American counterpart to Fireball and, like Fireball, is at its best ice-cold as a shot. The cinnamon also makes it a good match for cola, ginger beer, and coffee.
In brief
Smooth first, then fire
Cinnamon
Sweet cinnamon that sets the tone immediately, with Jack Daniel's vanilla and caramel in the background.
Full and rich
A full, sweet flavor. The whiskey is smooth, while the cinnamon builds slowly.
Warm and spicy
A warm, spicy cinnamon finish that lingers for a while. Spicy, but not burning.
Flavor profile of Tennessee Fire served ice-cold. At room temperature, the cinnamon is more intense and the sweetness less pronounced.
From shot to Fire & cola
Fire is made for quick, easy drinks. Serving it cold is key; it makes the cinnamon rounder.
Ice-cold as a shot
Keep the bottle in the freezer and pour 2 cl into a shot glass that is cold as well. The cold makes it thicker and smoother; the cinnamon only comes through when you swallow.

Longdrink glasses →In coffee
